Terms & Conditions and Ticket Policy

Concert Tickets are sold subject to the following terms and conditions.

  • The Festival reserves the right to sell unfilled seats 15 minutes before a concert starts.
  • Tickets of all types are limited in number, sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Tickets are available online, or in person at the Festival Information Tent or at the door of the relevant venue during the Folk weekend.
  • Concert tickets are valid for that event only.
  • Children’s tickets are only available when booked in conjunction with Adult tickets. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, re-sold, refunded or re-issued except at the discretion of the festival organisers.
  • Please ensure you arrive early for your chosen events or we cannot guarantee entry.

Festival Weekend Tickets are sold subject to the following terms and conditions.

  • Under 6’s go free (unless specified in programme)
  • Festival Weekend Tickets cover all charged events over the weekend (subject to space).

  • The Festival reserves the right to sell unfilled seats 15 minutes before a concert starts.
  • Festival weekend ticket holders or individual concert ticket holders will be given priority over on the door ticket sales.
  • Swanage Folk Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to any venue.
  • The use of audio, audio visual or video equipment is strictly prohibited and such devices shall not be brought into venues without prior arrangement with the festival organisers.
  • Any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting for the festival organisers may be asked to leave the venue.
  • Information on accessibility in the different venues is available here. Wheelchair users are able to use the main marquee. although your wheelchair cannot block any aisles or exits.
  • Well controlled dogs are allowed on the festival field and the main marquee. If you have a dog you’re asked to sit at the end of an aisle and near an exit. If your dog is deemed to be a nuisance you’ll be asked to leave. Dogs are not permitted in any of our other venues.

General

  • Swanage Folk Festival reserves the right to alter or change the programme, without prior notification.
  • Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video, photographic and/or audio recording of this event, and/or element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.
  • The Swanage Folk Festival does not accept responsibility for any losses of valuables.
  • Festival tickets may not be used for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the written consent of Swanage Folk Festival.
  • Any details which you provide when booking will be held and processed lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Your details will not be passed on to third parties.
  • These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any such change shall not affect any contract between us at the time of such change.
