Donations
The Swanage Folk Festival is self-funded and run solely by unpaid volunteers. The money we raise through tickets, sponsorship and donations goes to covering the costs of running the festival (£45-50k). About 5,000 people enjoy the festival weekend.
If we manage to create a small surplus we donate it to local good causes. Here are some of the local groups we’ve donated to in the last couple of years.
