Alexander Technique workshop

The cost of all workshops is included in your weekend ticket (don't forget to wear your wristband), or you will need to have cash (£4) to pay on entry to the workshop. Sorry, but we can't take card payments  for workshops.

Kate Brailsford will share the most useful concepts of the Alexander Technique which teaches improved posture and movement, to help reduce and prevent problems caused by unhelpful habits. If you would like to benefit from more freedom and ease of motion in your everyday activities, join in.
